Goal
The aim of the course is to introduce students with legal order in the domain of Public Law exploring the role, competences and interaction between executive, legislative and judicial power. Students will be also introduced with the nature and structure of legislation adoption procedures and how public authority is legally structured and constrained. Aforementioned is going to be elaborated in correlation with the role of main subjects involved (individuals, governmental authorities, public institutions, public/private enterprises).

Competences
Students will be able to critically observe fundamental concepts of public law. Besides, students are offered the possibility of research, analysis and practice through various approaches to interpretation of legal acts. Students will also improve skills regarding legal research, legal analysis and legal correspondence.
