Goal

The essence of this branch of law is to provide legal mechanisms for the protection of market competition through legal regulation of anti-competitive activity of market participants. The aim of the course is to enable students to understand the structure of this branch of law through an analysis of relevant legal concepts and principles. Aforementioned will be achieved through the explanation of the notion and essence of competition policy and the institutional framework established in this regard.  Interpretation of some crucial institutes of Competition law is also required.

1. Ability to independently research and analyze literature and legal practice in this field
2. Acquiring competences for recognizing undesirable forms of competition in order to provide possible solutions on how to overcome issues in this regard
