On March 30, 2022, the University Debating Competition was held at the Faculty of Law, organized by ELSA Zenica with the support of the Faculty of Law and the financial support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Zenica-Doboj Canton.
In the introductory part of the competition, speeches were delivered by Prof. Dr. Spahija Kozlić, Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of ZDK, Prof. Dr. Enes Bikić, Vice-Rector for Teaching and Student Affairs at the University of Zenica, Prof. Dr. Aida Mulalić, Vice Dean for Teaching and Student Affairs at the Faculty of Law, and Aida Rihić, President of ELSA Zenica.
Teams from the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Philosophy, and Faculty of Law participated in the competition. The winner of the University Debating Competition was the team from the Faculty of Philosophy. Congratulations to the winning team and their coach, as well as to the other teams and their coaches for their participation and achievements.
We would like to thank the organizing team of this project, composed of members of the ELSA Zenica Executive Board, students Lejla Komarac, Amila Sivro, Zerina Polimac, Amila Pivić, and Aida Rihić, as well as our senior assistant, Mr. Iur. Lejla Zilić-Čurić, for their excellent organization of this important academic event.
Additionally, we extend our special thanks to the students from the “Sveti Pavao” Catholic School Center in Zenica for attending and enhancing this academic event with their presence.
