On Wednesday, 22 April 2026, Judge and Acting President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ms. Minka Kreho, delivered a lecture to third-year students as part of the Student Law Practicum Clinic under the title “Introduction to the Simulated Trial Case.”
Within the framework of this lecture, students were afforded the opportunity to acquire practical skills related to the preparation and conduct of the main hearing in criminal proceedings. In addition, participants of the Clinic are actively preparing for the final simulation of the main hearing in a hypothetical case before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
