Today, the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica successfully organized a voluntary blood donation campaign in cooperation with the Red Cross of the City of Zenica and the Institute for Transfusion Medicine of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
More than 70 participants demonstrated humanity, solidarity, and social responsibility, resulting in the collection of 54 units of blood. We are especially pleased that 33 individuals donated blood for the first time, taking an important step toward helping save lives.
The campaign was also supported by members of the Faculty’s management—Prof. Dr. Enis Omerović, Dean; Prof. Dr. Aida Mulalić, Vice Dean; and Assist. Prof. Dr. Dženana Radončić, Vice Dean—as well as Selim Karahasanović, Secretary of the Faculty, Assist. Ajša Luković, Teaching Assistant, and Jasmina Huskanović, Senior Librarian. By participating personally, they wished to support this humanitarian initiative and emphasize the importance of voluntary blood donation.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all students, professors, teaching assistants, and staff of the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica who supported this campaign, donated blood, and promoted the values of humanity and solidarity through their personal example.
Our special thanks go to the Red Cross of the City of Zenica and the Institute for Transfusion Medicine of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the successful organization of this important initiative.
We also thank the students of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica for their support and engagement in encouraging fellow students to participate in the campaign.
Our appreciation also goes to the Bosnian National Theatre Zenica and EP Petrol for supporting the campaign and contributing to the implementation of the “Donate Energy for Life” initiative.
