The journal “Annals of the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica” provides publishing of research papers in social sciences since 2007. Working languages of research papers are Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, English, French and German. Additionally, editorial board can decide to accept research papers that have been written in foreign language besides aforementioned. Papers should be submitted to the editorial board in electronic form (CD or e-mail). Along with the research paper`s title, it is necessary to specify first name, surname and academic title (or the occupation) of the author, name and address of the institution or home address, and e-mail address.
Only unpublished papers will be considered by the editorial board. In that sense paper should not have been already published or submitted to another journal for publishing. In accordance with copyright law authors reserve all rights on the content of papers except publication right (both in printed and in electronic form) which is reserved for the „Annals of the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica.“ Papers which have been reviewed and accepted for publication or have already been published in the journal „Annals of the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica“ the author may publish in other publications only if there is permission of the editorial board. In that case author has to provide clear notification of the previous publication.
The journal “Annals of the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica“ publishes papers that are and those that are not subject to reviewing procedure. The former can be categorized as original scientific papers, review papers, preliminary notes or professional papers. Book reviews, comments and ratings are not subject to review. The reviewing procedure is entirely anonymous.
The Annals of the Faculty of Law have been published since 2007. At the beginning, the journal was titled Social Research, and since then it has been issued twice a year in an online and/or printed version. In addition to scientific or professional papers, the journal also publishes book reviews, reports from scientific conferences, and relevant case law. The publisher of the journal is the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica.
The call for authors to submit papers is open throughout the entire year, and submissions can be sent via e-mail.
