The Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court is the oldest and most prestigious moot court competition in the field of investment law, representing a unique combination of legal history and contemporary international law. Its focus is on oral presentation of legal arguments before an arbitral court composed of experts in this field, during a week-long final event held in June each year. The Investment Arbitration Court in Frankfurt is unique in that it combines investment law, one of the most modern and rapidly developing areas of international law, with the history of international law and international trade.

In 2021, our student team consisted of Amina Hasanica and Faris Muratović, who achieved a historic success by advancing to the top eight teams in the world. The Faculty of Law at the University of Zenica was the only faculty from Bosnia and Herzegovina and among the few faculties in the region that had the opportunity to participate in this renowned competition. In addition to the mentioned speakers, there was also a research team that assisted in preparation, composed of Elbisa Halvadžić, Zerina Spahić, and Enisa Varupa. The coaches received invaluable assistance from Johannes P. Willheim, an attorney from Vienna, Assoc. Dr. Enis Omerović, Andres Eduardo Garzon from Saarland, Dr. Anis Bajrektarević, and Jose Magnaye from Vienna.
